VAULEX GROUP LTD provides a platform enabling users to upload, store, and securely transfer digital files. The Service is offered across various subscription tiers (including monthly, yearly, and lifetime plans) which dictate your storage capacity, maximum transfer sizes, link expiry controls, and access to premium features.
To access certain features, you must register for an account.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and account credentials.
You are strictly liable for any activity that occurs under your account, including files uploaded or transferred by third parties using your credentials.
You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account.
As a secure file transfer provider, we strictly prohibit the use of our infrastructure to host, distribute, or transmit malicious or unlawful content. You agree not to use the Service to:
Upload, share, or transmit any files containing software viruses, malware, or destructive code.
Distribute content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights, copyrights, or trademarks of others.
Host or distribute unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or highly objectionable material.
Engage in any activity that disproportionately burdens our server infrastructure or attempts to bypass our security protocols.
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account, and delete any associated files, if we suspect a violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, without prior notice or liability.
Fees: Access to premium tiers requires payment of the specified subscription fees. All fees are stated in GBP (£). VAULEX GROUP LTD is not currently VAT registered; therefore, VAT is not applied to or included in these fees. Should our VAT registration status change in the future, we will notify users and update our pricing structure accordingly.
Auto-Renewal: Monthly and yearly subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of their respective billing cycles unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
Refunds: Unless required by UK consumer protection law, subscription fees are generally non-refundable.
Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the files and data you upload and transfer using our Service. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content. By uploading files, you grant us the minimal technical licences necessary to host, secure, and deliver your files to your intended recipients.
Our Platform: All rights, title, and interest in the Service itself—including the software, interface, logos, and platform architecture—remain the exclusive property of VAULEX GROUP LTD.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be completely free from interruptions, delays, or technical errors. Users are responsible for maintaining their own independent backups of all critical files. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to amend or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes via email or a prominent notice on our platform. Continued use of the Service following such notice constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
